Less time on the market means collecting sales faster and moving quickly on to the next property. 31% of home sellers reported that staging a home drastically reduced the time the property spent on the market. A messy or dirty space is extremely unattractive to buyers and may scare money potential buyers away. Deep clean the house and organize every room, closet, shelf, and cupboard.
